The area is growing with new restaurants and businesses being opened all the time. Russellville has a population of 30,000 in the city limits but serves an area of about 150,000 people.
This cost of living here is one of the lowest in the country so your income will go much further than other parts of the country.

Compensation:
- Experienced associates can expect a yearly salary between $300,000 and $500,000, depending on skills and production.

What procedures will the associate be doing?
I want my associate to be able to do anything they feel comfortable with. If you want to place implants, do root canals, perform periodontal surgery, I won’t hold you back. If you don’t know how to do something I’ll train you and if I don’t know how to train you I’ll find a way for you to be trained. In my practice you’ll always be supported and encouraged to practice dentistry the way that you dream of.
We do almost everything in this practice including placing and restoring implants, performing endo, crown and bridge. We work on everyone from single tooth restorations to full mouth reconstruction.
Dr Matt Williams owns and operates Smile Dental. Dr Williams has employed and trained over 24 dentists and owned over 17 dental clinics during his career. Many of whom have gone on to open there own dental clinic and treat people with excellence. He enjoys teaching dentists how to treat people as patients should be treated. He wants all patients to be treated with respect and experience the best that dentistry has to offer. Smile Dental is not a chain and it is not a dental “mill” where we just try to run patients in and out of the office. We look at every patient as an individual and try to find the best option for them. Office is currently producing over 2 million a year and patients are overflowing.
