Compensation:
- 32-35% of revenue produced
- Draw Payment: steady payment provided
- Production-Based Earnings: earn a percentage of the revenue produced

Schedule:
- Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
