-Averaging 70-80 NP per month and number is increasing

-Insurances: Patients ranging from FFS, PPO, and in-house membership plans. No HMOs, no DMOs, no Medicaid. Fees were negotiated with PPO Profits to maximize fee schedule

-On track to do 1.4 million in adjusted production this year.

Compensation Perks

-Daily Minimum for 6 months and Adjusted Production (whichever is higher), No lab fees, $4000 Annual CE Stipend, Medical Insurance, 401K, Flexible Work Schedule as I like to encourage work-life balance

Tues 9-5pm, Wed 9-7pm, Thur, 9-5pm, Fri 9-3pm

Dr. Marc performs a wide variety of dental procedures (Clear Aligners, Molar Endo, Dental Implants) and is willing to provide mentorship to help you achieve your success and perform these procedures as well. The Ideal Candidate is open-minded and willing to learn a variety of dental procedures. Recent Grads are encouraged to apply.

Procedures performed at our office:

Restorative, Crowns, Veneers (Porcelain and Composite), Extractions (including impacted 3rds), Single Dental Implants, Endodontics (including Molar Endo), Clear Aligners (Ortho Fx).

Dr. Marc Gonzalez will be working to get his IV Sedation Certification in 2025
