We are excited to welcome a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to our thriving PPO practice in Huntsville, AL. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients.
Our clinic provides a family type atmosphere to our patients in a modern clinic setting with CBCT, digital scanning, exocad design, and commercial-grade milling capabilities.
Our team is very skilled and efficient in providing great patient service and clinical outcomes, which allows for high case acceptance for our doctors. The two owner-dentists will provide a great environment to grow clinically through mentorship and through continuing education classes.
Compensation:
- Our associates start on a per diem, then will transition to a percentage of collections.
- 401k with matching and profit sharing is a part of our benefit package
- Allowance for continuing education.
- There is also potential for partnership in the company.
- Daily Guarantee for 90 days: $600
Schedule:
- 7am-5pm Mondays and Wednesdays
- 7am-3pm Tuesdays and Thursdays
About:
- The practice is collecting $2.5 - $3 million dollars annually, with $2 million being doctor collections. An experienced and motivated associate has potential to earn $300k or more per year.
- Well trained and efficient staff that would make it very easy for an associate to come in, very high % of people scheduling for treatment
- Transitional housing is available

- An Alabama Dental License, 1-2 years of clinical experience, strong communication skills and commitment to patient satisfaction

Our office provides a wide range of procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, implants, sleep apnea treatment, minimal ortho, crown and bridge restorations (with crown and bridge making up most of our production).
