What are some features of your dental practice?
Looking for an associate for our busy practice in Iowa! *Opportunity for Partnership in the future. We have a heavy patient load and are overbooked. We are about to have a 2nd full time hygienist come on too! Our office has been busy updating, to outfit our 10 operatory office, with top of the line equipment including Digital Sensors, Intraoral Scanner, and a CBCT to enhance the ease of providing quality care to our patients.
Our practice is located near the main interstate and just off the main through street allowing for easy access. Just a few minutes to cross the state border to the main city's downtown area.
We compensate by collections- generally 30%, but would go higher for the right candidate!
$12,500 a month guarantee

I offer mentoring to any newer grads that want someone to help them get on their feet.

What procedures will the associate be doing?
Everything you are comfortable with. Currently doing most procedures in house except for implant placement, 3rd molar extractions and ortho.
We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, veneers and more.
We also perform emergency dentist services that include bonding, root canals, crowns, and bridges.
