Western Iowa Dental is a thriving, privately owned dental practice with 10 operatories, a growing patient base, and a strong reputation for quality care in the Council Bluffs community. We're conveniently located just off the interstate—only minutes from downtown Omaha—offering both suburban comfort and easy city access.

We’re in growth mode: bringing on a second full-time hygienist, staying fully booked, and continually investing in modern technology. Now, we’re ready to welcome a dedicated associate dentist to help us meet patient demand—and potentially grow into a future partner.

Compensation & Benefits

• 30% of collections (negotiable for the right candidate)

• $625/day guarantee (equivalent to $12,500/month)

The Opportunity

You’ll step into a full schedule with strong hygiene support and the clinical freedom to practice the way you were trained. We perform a wide range of procedures in-house and support dentists in expanding their skills.

Procedures You Can Perform (Based on Comfort):

• General dentistry

• Cosmetic services (veneers, smile design, etc.)

• Restorative care (crowns, bridges, bonding)

• Endodontics

• Emergency services
  Implants, ortho, and third molar extractions are currently referred out—but you’re welcome to bring them in-house if you’re comfortable.

Technology Includes:

• Digital sensors and X-rays

• Intraoral scanner

• CBCT

• Recently updated equipment throughout all operatories
