Our providers have full clinical autonomy. We believe in hiring the right provider, and trusting that provider to care for each individual patient. Do the procedures you prefer and love to do! We run an integrated specialty model so for the procedures you'd rather refer, there will be an in-house specialist to take care of that for you. We have ortho, endo, oral surgery, and perio on staff.

Our providers set their own goals (income and production), and we support them to reach those goals by scheduling them to success. 🙌🏻
