Compensation & Benefits

Expected Earnings: $180,000–$300,000+ annually, based on production

Compensation Structure:

• 37% of collections

Daily Guarantee:

• $700/day for the first 6 months to support ramp-up and patient transition

Additional Benefits:

• Simple IRA with 3% employer match

The Opportunity

This is an open full-time or part-time position with flexibility, offering a strong opportunity for a dentist to expand their clinical scope and grow within a supportive team.

• Schedule: Typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with one extended day until 7:00 PM

• Flexibility: Open to discussing schedule adjustments based on provider needs

• Patient Flow: Established demand driven by practice growth

• Technology:

  • Digital X-rays

  • CBCT imaging

  • Multiple digital impression systems

• Clinical Scope: Based on experience, with opportunity to perform:

  • Root canals

  • Crowns and restorative procedures

  • Extractions

  • Implants

  • Clear aligners

• Mentorship: Hands-on mentorship available, with a strong focus on helping associates expand skills and confidence

Ideal Candidate

The ideal associate is:

• DDS or DMD licensed (or eligible) in Pennsylvania

• Motivated to learn and expand their clinical skillset

• Team-oriented and committed to patient care

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, supportive environment
