What are some features of your dental practice?

We are a private Dental practice that has been established for 50 years in the Kingman area. We are not a big corporation and Patient care and teamwork is our priority. We currently Have two full-time Dentists and one part-time Dentist and need another full-time Dentist for our busy 11-treatment room practice. We have a state-of-the-art facility and perform all aspects of Dentistry including endodontics, implant placement and implant restoration, simple and surgical extractions, bone and tissue grafting, periodontal therapy, and restorative dentistry both simple and complex.

What procedures will the associate be doing?

Job requirements;

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Arizona Dental Board license with Active Malpractice Insurance
  • DEA and CPR certificate. 
  • No post-graduate experience needed- open to new grads!

Availability to work on 4 to 5 days a week.

Duties: 

  • Perform dental examinations and provide comprehensive oral health care to patients
  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions and perform same day treatment if necessary. 
  • Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, Implant Crown Restorations, Full or Partial Dentures or Bridges Etc. –
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care –
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical records system.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique during procedures.
  • Proficiency in medical imaging techniques for diagnosing dental conditions - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation for accurate patient records.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff –
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care. 
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols.

Compensation:

  • Potential earning $150k to $175k per year to start
