Mangelsdorf Family Dentistry is a well-established, privately owned dental practice that has been serving the Kingman community for over 50 years. We’re looking for a full-time associate dentist to join our team as we continue to grow and transition ownership. This role will step into the position of the current owner doctor and offers a rare opportunity to join a trusted practice with a legacy of care and a modern vision for the future.

You'll be working alongside two other full-time dentists in a spacious 11-operatory office equipped with the latest technology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings: $175,000–$225,000+ annually, based on experience and production

• Guaranteed Salary during credentialing period

• Malpractice Insurance: Provided

• Continuing Education: CE support available (negotiable based on interests and goals)

• Work Schedule: Full-time, 4–5 days/week (flexible schedule; office open Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM)

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Arizona Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
