Mangelsdorf Family Dentistry is a well-established, privately owned practice that has served the Kingman, Arizona community for over 50 years. We’re adding a full-time Associate Dentist as we grow and transition ownership. This role steps into the current owner doctor’s position, a rare chance to join a trusted practice with a legacy of care and a modern vision for the future. You’ll work alongside two other full-time dentists in a spacious 11-operatory office with the latest technology.

Compensation & Benefits

• $175,000–$225,000+ earning potential, based on experience and production
• Guaranteed salary during your credentialing period

Schedule

• Full-time, 4 to 5 days a week; office open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• You choose your day off; two doctors work each day
• No weekends

The Opportunity

Step into high patient demand from day one, driven by ongoing growth and the owner doctor’s transition, so your schedule stays full without building from scratch.

You’ll practice the full range of general dentistry: comprehensive exams and diagnostics, restorative and crown and bridge, simple and surgical extractions, endodontics including molars, implant restorations (placement optional), full and partial dentures, clear aligners, periodontal therapy, and same-day treatment when appropriate.

With three experienced dentists on the team, mentorship is built in, whether you’re an experienced clinician who wants autonomy or a new graduate building confidence and scope. You’ll have real clinical independence, backed by colleagues down the hall and modern technology: CBCT, an intraoral scanner, and digital X-rays.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist (DDS or DMD, Arizona license or eligible) who:

• Is clinically confident and comfortable across a broad scope of general dentistry

• Holds active DEA and CPR certifications
