Southwest Nebraska Dental Center is a tight-knit, friendly practice in the heart of McCook, Nebraska, dedicated to delivering top-notch dental care to our community. We're a well-established general practice with over 3,100 active patients, operating from a newly built 8-chair facility with modern technology and a full support team. We're looking to add an associate to expand our services and give our owner room to shorten hours, an excellent opportunity for a dentist who loves building long-term patient relationships and wants to grow into a potential partnership.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of adjusted production, with no lab fees deducted

Expected Earnings: $150,000–$250,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for the first 4 months, transitioning to adjusted production

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with a genuine path to partnership, stepping into a thriving, established practice with real demand. With over 3,100 active patients and a schedule booked out 5 months for restorative, you'll have a full and productive schedule from day one.

You'll provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, and there's a significant opportunity to expand our services. We currently refer out surgery, implants, and endodontics, so a dentist with those skills, or the desire to grow into them, would find tremendous opportunity here. We're also a strong bread-and-butter practice, so you'll have a healthy mix of everyday dentistry alongside room to expand your scope.

Our newly built, 8-chair practice is equipped with:

• Updated CBCT imaging
• Medit intraoral scanner
• A full support team of 3 full-time hygienists and 3 dental assistants
