Associate Dentist Needed in West Virginia!

About:

• State of the art in-house dental lab and surgical suite.
• Exceptional patient care and an exceptional Team are our priorities.
• Shady Spring Dental Care has two practice locations, Shady Spring, WV and Oak Hill, WV.
• We have four full time DDS and one part time DDS.
• Comprehensive Periodontal Program maintained by six hygienists. 
• We are an out of network provider and 80% of our income is out of pocket.
• We have a large support team with five administrators, one treatment coordinator,  nine assistants and an in-house lab with a lab coordinator and a remote lab technician.
• Our practice goal is to expand in Southern West Virginia and provide the best dental care possible.
• We are equipped with state of the art technology.

Location

• Our location is close to Glade Springs Resort, The New River Gorge and Winterplace Ski Resort.
• Newly renovated, main location has eleven ops situated in a beautiful wooded setting.
• Our smaller location has four ops, one consult op and is located in the beautiful New River Gorge area.
• Several areas in Southern West Virginia for the adventurous and outdoor lover.
• New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, Glade Springs Resort and Winterplace Ski Resort are just a few of the nature opportunities Southern West Virginia provides its' residents. 

Compensation

• production percentage.
• $10,000 to $25,000 Sign on bonus. 
• $10K a month for first 6 months based on experience.
• $1200.00 annual CE reimbursement.
• Potential ownership opportunity which leads to the benefit of retirement.

Associate Dentist to provide in office comprehensive dental treatment from basic restorative to full mouth rehabilitation. Shady Spring Dental Care provides cosmetic dentistry, family dentistry, restorative, dental implants, all on x, Invisalign, oral surgery, sedation dentistry, sleep apnea and airway, occlusal devices and endodontic therapy. Level of expertise depending on associate dentist. Continued education and developing skills are highly encouraged.
