We are looking for a full-time dental associate and/or future partner in our 10 operatory dental practice. Nearly all of our past associates have made between 250-300K per year. Current hard-working associate is making over 350K/year and we welcome compensation verification.
If desired, we are also now ready to explore partnership opportunities for someone who has a long-term interest (5-10 years) in New Mexico. If desired, this partnership opportunity will include ownership in BOTH the practice and our commercial building with zero down payment and very generous seller-financing terms. Too much to list but this is a highly generous offer to attract the right associate or partner, etc.
Schedule is open to negotiation but we currently work M - Th (8 AM - 4:30 PM) & on Fridays (8 AM - 1:00 PM) and probably switching to every other Friday in the near future. At this time, we mainly see patients ages 10 and older and provide a wide range of general, cosmetic & implant related dental procedures.
This is a wonderful, private dental practice & office environment to work in and our past and current associates will be fully transparent & honest regarding any questions you may have. We have produced and collected well over 2 million each year; consequently, we have plenty of work and patients to go around, etc. We have a fantastic dental team to assist you and a beautiful office with amazing views of the Sandia Mountains to enjoy while doing the dentistry. We are up-to-date, have digital x-rays, CBCT, and a new scanner coming soon. IV Sedation and sinus lift equipment is also available to use upon training completion.
Totally transparent, fair, and honest compensation agreements, policies, etc. We encourage time off for CE and you will be mentored, supported as needed, etc.
Willing to run through our DI numbers with anyone who is interested to see patient volume, exam volume, production, etc.
Current associate (soon moving back to home state) is making over 350K (4.5 days/week). Prior associates over the last 7 years, including recent grads, have all earned over 250K after 6 months out of school with just bread and butter dentistry and would make more if desired, etc. All with adjusted production and our collections have been over 99% for last 7 years as well.
