Our Associate Doctors work four days per week and we will provide training to help you achieve consistency and competency in caring for our patients. We are a 2 doctor/4 hygienist/8 operatory practice.
We provide dental service Monday-Friday.
We are located one hour from Salt Lake City and 25 minutes from world class skiing in Park City. Midway is close to many recreational activities including camping, fishing, hunting, boating, biking, and ATV trails. It’s small town living at its best.
