Dental Associate

We are a compassionate, hardworking team, energetic to save smiles! We have a seven-operatory, fully-updated practice booked out six months in advance with four full-time hygienists on staff.

Compensation would be based on an adjusted production. A minimum of two years experience is preferred but willing to entertain any new graduate looking for mentorship.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and examinations
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns and bridges
- Utilize Dentrix software to maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Apply medical terminology and coding systems to document procedures and diagnoses
- Demonstrate knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients to educate them on oral health and treatment options
