Wylie Dental Group is an independently owned, three-doctor restorative practice in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We have always been a private practice, and we've built our reputation on comprehensive restorative dentistry, a long-established CEREC same-day workflow, and a loyal patient base.

With one of our doctors relocating to be closer to home, this is a great opportunity to step into an established, busy schedule, grow clinically alongside experienced colleagues, and build a long-term future in the practice and the community.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections

Expected Earnings: $150,000+ annually. Our most recent associate earned $150K–$160K practicing general restorative dentistry alone; a broader clinical scope means a higher ceiling.

Benefits Include:

• $2,500 annual CE allowance
• 401(k) with 3% employer match plus additional profit sharing
• Health insurance available as part of the package
• Liability insurance included
• Flexible time off, coordinated with the office, historically 3–5 weeks per year

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• One Friday per month: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• No evenings, no weekends

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity in a high-volume restorative practice with a consistently busy patient flow. Our current associate is thriving and producing at a high level, and the schedule is busy enough to support another provider today.

We focus on basic and comprehensive restorative dentistry, with a scope that includes:

• Fillings, crown and bridge, dentures, and implant restorations
• Room to grow into endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and TMJ treatment, areas where we have patient demand and welcome an associate's interest
• Implant placement considered for the right candidate

You'll be supported by modern technology in every operatory, including:

• Three CEREC scanners and an in-house CEREC mill
• 3D printer
• CBCT imaging
• Digital X-rays
• Electric handpieces and intraoral cameras in every op

We are Spear Study Club members, and mentorship is available from experienced doctors in a collaborative three-doctor setting, making this a strong fit for a dentist with a few years of experience who wants to sharpen comprehensive restorative skills and produce at a high level.

There is also a path to ownership for the right candidate, which can be discussed early on.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist
• 2–3 years of experience preferred
• Clinically strong in restorative dentistry, patient-focused, and team-oriented
• An excellent communicator with patients and staff
• Eager to keep learning and to become part of the community and the practice long-term
