MK Dental Excellence is a modern, patient-focused practice in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a loyal patient base and a genuinely busy schedule, welcoming 80 new patients every month. We deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across our two well-equipped offices, and we're looking for a general dentist to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants a full, busy schedule from day one, a broad clinical scope, and the support of modern technology and mentorship in one of the Midwest's most desirable cities.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of net production (after the guarantee period)

Expected Earnings: $220,000–$300,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $700 to $1,000 per day (depending on experience) for the first 180 days

Benefits Include:

• $1,500 CE stipend after the first year
• Relocation bonus available

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a flexible, 4-day-friendly schedule and the option to work across two offices, typically two days at one and three at the other.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Flexible days and hours can be arranged

With a loyal patient base and 80 new patients per month, you'll step into a busy, productive schedule right away. You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Preventive and restorative care
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Fixed and removable prosthodontics
• Endodontics
• Oral surgery (if desired)
• Invisalign

We're a PPO and fee-for-service practice, and mentorship is available to support your clinical growth.

Our high-tech, 8-operatory office is equipped with modern technology, including:

• Fully digital workflows
• Intraoral scanner
• 3D printing (available in one of the offices)
• Laser dentistry
