FT Dental Associate Needed in Midland, MI

What are some features of your dental practice?

Salary:

  • Daily guarantee: $700 to start 
    • and moving up to $1000 a day
  • Ultimately getting a percentage adjusted 30% of production 
  • The previous associate was making $22,000 to $25,000 a month ($400,000 the second year)

Schedule:

  • 4 days a week 
  • Monday- Thursday (some Fridays) 

About the practice:

  • 3rd generation practice (Dr. Knight has been there for 28 years)
  • Fee for Service 
  • Welcoming and collaborative team  
  • Patient base of 2800 
  • The previous associate left to start their own practice

What procedures will the associate be doing?

Candidates are encouraged to do all procedures they have been certified to do 

Procedures offered:

  • implants
  • crown and bridge
  • some pediatrics
  • aesthetics
  • full mouth restorative 

Incoming associate can focus on aesthetic composite restoratives

The owner doctor, Dr. Knight will offer mentorship, and create parallel working schedules at first to onboard the associate. The goal is to help the associate keep a steady pace between hygiene checks and restorative procedures. 

You will be supported by a great team, including 3 hygienists. Looking for an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience with strong communication skills.
