What are some features of your dental practice?

  • 4-Day WORK WEEKS 3 Day weekends, all locations close to International Airports for Travel and vacation. 

  • $240,000.00 GUARANTEED SALARY + Generous bonuses for production!

    • *salary negotiable based on experience

  • Annual 20K Raises with multi year contracts.

  • 28 Days paid leave plus health, Life, Vision, and Dental benefits.

  • Approx. 36 hrs. Per week!

  • Sign on Bonus opportunities (addition to salary), 10k-50k
  • Perpetual Bonuses
    • Bonus paid semiannually in June and Dec for meeting Production Goals. ($3500 daily average)
    • Daily bonuses based on a formula with distribution on 1st payroll each month. (Ask us about this)

KidsKare is a vibrant family dental practice, residing in 8 cities throughout New Mexico.  Although we typically focus on children, we also enjoy treating adults, especially family members.  We were established in 2002, and now have one of the largest practices in New Mexico.  We normally operate approximately 9 hours per day, 4 days per week.  Although we primarily perform general dentistry procedures, we encourage our dentists to pursue other areas as well, including basic endodontics, Botox, clear aligners, etc.  Each of our practices are highly respected, fun environments in which to perform dentistry.  We welcome all inquiries!
