What are some features of your dental practice?

Ready to take the next step in your career as a dentist? Want to learn how to build a successful practice from a doctor who’s done it?

Precious Smiles Children and Family Dentistry seeks a highly motivated, empathetic and growth-minded associate for our family-owned practice in Camp Hill, PA. We have an excellent reputation in our community, a top of the line facility, and a highly skilled, dedicated care team. We’re now looking for an associate dentist who is as passionate about delivering quality care as we are to help us tap into the tremendous growth potential in our area.

Our core values are integrity and respect, and we strive to meet that standard in how we treat our patients, and each other as team members. We also have fun, and make sure our patients actually enjoy their experience in the practice. So we need someone who loves to smile, stays positive, and truly cares about helping others.

Camp Hill is in a BEAUTIFUL area of southeastern PA. There are miles of hiking and biking trails right in town, and gorgeous forests, mountains and lakes to explore in the nearby area. The school system is blue ribbon, and housing is highly affordable. It’s a wonderful, safe place to live and raise a family, but we’re less than 2 hours from Baltimore, Philly or DC when you want a taste of the city.

The right person for this position wants to grow as a clinician, but also learn how to build and sustain a practice. You will receive top notch mentorship on both the clinical and business aspects of the clinic, if you want to learn.
