ASSOCIATE DENTIST – WELL ESTABLISHED PRIVATE FFS PRACTICE

We are a Private Practice, with NO CORPORATE TIES. We are Fee-For-Service with a large patient base and very healthy new patient flow based on word of mouth, patient referrals, and marketing. This practice has been in the community for over 50 years. Dr. Mann is our owner Dentist, she took over the practice from Dr. Rollings in early 2022. She is actively involved in the daily business management and clinical dentistry. If you have been looking for a positive  team environment, with mentorship, and the latest in dental technology this is the position for you.

Our office: We are located on a main road through Cape Coral with great visibility. We will be relocating 1 mile up the road to a brand new 3400 sq ft building with 8 ops with all brand new equipment in early 2025. Every op has floor to ceiling windows looking straight out on a canal with direct Gulf access. Our current office was recently remodeled and has all new ADEC operatories and sterilization. We are a fully digital practice with completely updated technology, including CBCT, Full Cerec suit for same day crowns, 3D printing etc. We invest heavily into our practice and our team. We are a general dental practice with opportunity for all aspects of general and restorative dentistry, including cosmetic cases. A passion for high quality general dentistry, especially crown and bridge is a must in this practice. 

Our owner doctor has expanded training in surgery and implant cases but our practice has its primary focus in general dentistry. We are willing to mentor in surgery and implants but the greatest need in this position is general dentistry. If you are looking to do primarily surgery or AOX this is not the position for you.  

We refer out all impacted wisdom teeth but an associate who is proficient in these procedures has the necessary equipment and surgical assistants available. 

We currently refer out all Endo and ortho but have all updated Endo Equipment for an associate who has a desire to do Endo. We have a digital scanner in the office as well as 3D printers for an associate interested in clear aligner ortho. Our owner doctor doesn't have the time or passion for either. 

We have 3 hygienists on staff so hygiene is not something we are looking for an associate to complete.
