Full Time Associate Dentist

Our privately owned general practice in Waconia, MN is growing and in search of an associate dentist to join our wonderful team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with, and represent, a well-established dental practice that is committed to helping our patients achieve optimum oral health. We have a well-trained team of professionals who work hard, have fun and make a difference in people’s lives working alongside our two doctors. Our practice has one doctor owner and one associate doctor who work 4 days a week.

We offer the opportunity to do the dentistry you love while partnering with a team to support the clinical and administrative tasks to fulfill your professional and personal goals. We see 100+ New patients a month.

Delivering comprehensive care to patients is our priority. We have state-of-the-art technology in our practice which includes Dental Cone Beam CBCT, Digital Scanner (Planmeca), Guided Implant Surgery, and Digital X-rays. This technology gives our patients the care they deserve and our providers with the most advanced technique to provide it.

We are seeking someone that loves their patients and wants to build a long-lasting relationship with them. The candidate should have great communication skills as well as passion for the dental industry. The ability to connect with patients and build trust is a necessity in our practice.

Employment Qualifications for this Position

• Education: Must have a Dental degree (e.g., Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited School of Dentistry.
• Active or pending Minnesota State Dental Board License

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing high-quality dental care including the delivery of diagnostic, preventative, restorative and surgical dental care services to patients.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
• Adhere to established procedures and all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care while educating patients, guardians and support staff, while maintaining patient records according to compliance standards.
