What procedures will the associate be doing?

Job Description

The day-to-day involves general dentistry, routine exams and hygiene, and a broad array of patient cosmetic needs, met with exceptional service.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work and learn under the mentorship of Tara N. Hardin, DDS.  Dr. Hardin is an accredited fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry.  The practice fully expects the candidate to enthusiastically embrace continuing dental and aesthetic education, training and career-long professional improvement opportunities.  The candidate will be required to complete on a timely basis the curriculum of the Kois Center in Seattle, WA, whose mission – among other things – is to “deliver the latest advances in aesthetics, implants and restorative dentistry through cutting edge continuing dental education.”  In addition, the candidate will need to become certified for I.V. sedation within the first six (6) months of joining the practice, unless already certified.

We are also seeking the candidate with an active interest in the successful operation of the practice, as well as demonstrated potential for future partnership.  This means becoming meaningfully involved in business plans, marketing and promotional efforts, clinical and business education, goal setting and other practice aspects that set Hardin Advanced Dentistry apart from other dental practices.
