Associate Dentist

We are a rural bustling general dentistry practice located in St. Stephen New Brunswick, Canada. A small town directly on the border of Maine. We are separated from the USA by just a small bridge on the edge of town.  We are a newly renovated facility with 7 brand new operatories. We are currently seeking a general dentist to help keep with the demand for treatment needed in the community. We have 3 FT hygienists, and are booking necessary treatment from these dental exams 9 months out at this time, we need some help! 

I am offering 45-50% collections ($1200 daily minimum guarantee) for the right associate who will treat my patients with quality and ethical dental care. I would be open to the possibility of a “shift” style fly in/fly out arrangement should the right person come along. 

Services offered: restorative, endo, crown/bridge, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry and invisalign. Due to how busy we are we are currently referring majority of  extractions  and root canals to specialists 1.5 hrs away for more timely treatment. 

The current associate producing north of 1M working 4 days a week. It is a fully digital office, cassette based instrumentation, trained and efficient clinical staff, premium equipment and offering your choice of materials, iTero digital scanner, overhead televisions,  nitrous oxide sedation, intra oral cameras and VERY large (and grateful) patient base. 5 days a week is an option if 5 days is preferred! 

Mentorship available as needed - new graduates welcome! If after a period of time things are going well , there is definitely buy-in potential for the right person who is interested and aligns with the practice and community - that would be an ideal outcome but not a requirement.
