What are some features of your dental practice?
Our team is seeking a Dental Sales Representative who is highly motivated and goal-oriented. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key professionals in the dental industry. The position reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the marketing team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Familiarity with Hubspot/CRM
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Compensation:
- $70,000 base salary + bonus commissions program.
*Must be willing to travel 20% of year/3-4 nights/month
**Must be able to commute to our Center City, Philadelphia, PA location 3-4 days a week
***Ability and availability to work 2 days a week until 9pm ET.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key professionals in the dental industry
- Educate dental professionals on our products and services, including product features, benefits, and clinical applications
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Participate in dental industry trade shows and events
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
