What are some features of your dental practice?
Culture, teamwork and exceptional patient service are the foundations of our practice. We have grown an extremely successful start-up practice in a very short time (opened in 2017) by focusing on offering comprehensive dental services at a very high standard. We leverage technology such as Cerec, iTero/Invisalign, 3D printing and photogrammetry to deliver efficient and predictable treatment results to our patients.
We currently have 7 operatories that are equipped with top of the line Adec chairs and equipment. We will be completing our office expansion in the coming months that will give us 13 operatories and allow ample, comfortable space for our growing team.
While our practice has grown quickly we are committed to maintaining a healthy, fun and desirable work environment. We have an amazing team that takes our core values to heart and continually works to improve our practice systems and delivery of unmatched patient care.
Our team has had a very successful associate for the past 3 years and we are looking to add an additional associate that is the perfect fit for our practice. We have implemented specific onboarding protocols that will allow the right associate to be productive and successful from the start. Minimum 3 years of private practice experience and an AEGD or GPR is highly preferred. Most importantly the ideal associate will be committed to becoming an integral member of our team and showing committed buy-in to the culture and values that have made us so successful.
Most importantly our practice is located in one of the most desirable places to live in the country. Bend, OR is an outdoor paradise with no end to activities and places to explore. We are situated in the beautiful NW part of Bend and are fortunate to treat a demographic of patients with high medical/dental IQs and disposable income to complete the treatment recommended.
Our practice is open Monday through Friday and we would be able to accommodate a full-time or part-time associate, but would prefer someone willing to begin working or work up to 4 days a week. Compensation is production based. We offer health insurance, 401K with employer match, continuing education allowance and profit sharing. There is a potential for equity buy-in ownership for the ideal candidate showing leadership characteristics and business acumen.

What procedures will the associate be doing?
Dentist will be providing restorative dentistry including resins and Cerec crown/bridge at a high standard. Proficiency in endodontics and simple oral surgery would be a benefit, but not required. Associate dentist will also need to treatment plan comprehensively and possess excellent chair-side manner. Our practice is a Gold Plus Invisalign provider and would love to have an associate dentist trained in clear aligner therapy or willing to learn.

We have a dynamic general dental practice located in the desirable Northwest area of Bend. Dr. Blake Drew opened the practice in 2017 with the vision of offering patients the highest quality dental care coupled with unrivaled customer service. We leverage technology to offer predictable, comfortable and streamlined services ranging from Cerec same-day crowns and Invisalign to 3D printed full arch implant restorations.
