What are some features of your dental practice?
We are a fully digital office. We have digital scanners (iTero, Primescan), CEREC system for same-day milling, CBCT, SprintRay 3D printing system, 5-axis mill, inLab software, and specialty equipment for sleep apnea and TMJ treatment.
We prioritize technology and training over flashy decor. The associates are encouraged to learn the use of these technologies through hands-on exercise.
We provide each doctor the opportunity to practice on large, pro bono cases. The practice bears the costs and covers overhead expenses. We will invest in your learning, and we expect the associate to focus on their professional growth. Be patient, be humble, be respectful.
The position would include relocation assistance and sign-on bonus.

What procedures will the associate be doing?
We are a restorative-heavy practice that has a pathway for you to become a partner dentist. You will start with emergency and same-day dentistry. Over time, you will build your way up to extractions, root canals, and same-day crowns. We have a dedicated office with a calming environment for major procedures.
We currently have two high-traffic offices and a center for surgery / sedation / TMJ treatment. Every office has a senior dentist available for guidance and mentorship. They are typically previous owners who are staying on to train the next generation. We expect you to learn from them and grow as a dentist.
West Annapolis Family Dentistry (WAFD) is one of the oldest dental offices in the greater Annapolis area. We have been serving the community for four generations. We are a PPO practice that participates with most major insurances. Our office has all dental technologies, including CEREC, 3D printing, 5-axis mill, and Laser. We are in the process of growing into a group practice in central Maryland. It is a great opportunity for young dentists to learn directly from senior dentists who are staying on after transition to pass on their legacy.
