Dentist position- North Austin- Out of network with Delta-Private

Bit about practice, Westinghouse Dental is out of network with delta dental and few other insurances. That means a higher production number for the same work and time compared to when you are in-network.

For example, when you are in-network with delta dental, you might get $750/crown *30%= $225 , compare to when you are out of network, you get $1450*28%= $406. Lot of doctors get focused on percentage number but don’t really focus on percentage of what fees. 35% of medicaid fees might be still lower than 25% of UCR fees. ). We are able to do that because of our excellent reputation in the community and staff, patients still seek our treatment.

 Office hours for this position: 4 days/week. NO WEEKENDS.

Long term relationship with doctor, care for patients and quality work is more important than anything else in future dentist we are looking for. This is important because of small community of Kyle as well as having a reputation of quality work and excellent customer service.

Our ideal doctor candidate will have same core values as us (Funergeic, self-driven, Trusting relationships, lemonade out of lemons) as well as believe in our vision of providing Quality care at comfort and convenience; follows our group’s standard of care designed by our clinicians, have at least 1+ year of clinical private practice experience or AEGD/GPR, and open for personal development.

Requurement:

• Proficient with molar Endo is must
• Prefer implant placement experience
