Gp office heavy in implants and surgery, growing area with huge city infrastructure investment immediately surrounding our main location. What procedures will the associate be doing?
Anything general dental . ..all based on comfort, skill level and experience. Ortho skills would be a feat addition. Some reasonable advanced surgical skills. Possibly light hygiene as needed but not likely. Crown, bridge, fills, can teach advanced surgical but expect associate to take ce to build training as I did.
We are a general practice with 2 cerecs and mills, cbct, heavy on implants and surgery including 3rds and oral conscious sedation. Have 10 room potential, and possibly a second practice deal waiting for a new dentist especially someone with ortho skills. Deal may be lost soon if no associate found soon....instant patient load.
