Sunbury Smile Center is a high-volume, multi-doctor private practice in Sunbury, Ohio, one of the fastest-growing suburbs north of Columbus. Our office is supported by talented EFDAs, highly trained dental assistants, outstanding hygienists, and a fantastic front office team.

We are growing and expanding our team, and we are looking for an Associate Dentist to step into an established, thriving schedule with a large, loyal patient base already in place.

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000–$400,000+ earning potential
• 30% of collections, with no lab bills deducted
• Daily guarantee

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• No weekends; hours fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with flexible shift times

The Opportunity

Walk into a full schedule. Sunbury Smile Center has a large, loyal patient base and more demand than its current doctors can see, so you’re productive from your first week.

Your scope is built around comprehensive general dentistry: exams and treatment planning, restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, and preventive care, supported by EFDAs and experienced assistants who keep your column moving. If that’s the dentistry you want to practice, you’ll have a full day of it and the team to do it well.

When you’re ready for more, the path is already here. The office is fully equipped for implants and orthodontics, and our experienced doctors mentor hands-on in the advanced procedures you choose to add, at the pace that fits you. No quotas, no pressure to take on cases you’re not ready for; just the chance to grow into them with support.

You’ll practice in an all-digital office with CBCT, a digital scanner, laser dentistry, and intraoral cameras, alongside a collaborative group of doctors who share cases, share knowledge, and enjoy coming to work.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist (or eligible in Ohio) who is:

• Confident in their abilities, eager to learn, and willing to grow
• Comfortable jumping into a high-volume private practice
• Positive, coachable, and motivated, with a strong work ethic
• Open to leaning on an experienced team and growing with the practice
• Some experience preferred
