Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $52 per hour base, with production-based commission bringing earnings to $57–$58 per hour or more.

Expected Daily Earnings: Approximately $416–$464 per scheduled day.

Expected Annual Earnings: Approximately $108,000–$121,000 annually on a full-time schedule.

Guaranteed Hours: Yes. Scheduled hours are guaranteed, even in the event of patient cancellations or no-shows.

Performance Bonuses: Hygiene production-based compensation model, with commission of up to 25%.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with guaranteed hours and no weekends in a brand new, modern office.

Hanson Family Dental offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a team that prioritizes collaboration and support.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• No weekends

The practice is open to full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

You’ll work in a brand new office with modern equipment, including:

• Digital X-rays
• CBCT imaging
• Cavitron ultrasonic scaler in every room
• Hu-Friedy instruments
• Ergonomic operatories

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• Comfortable performing scaling and root planing and periodontal therapy
