Hamilton Dental Care is a 50-year, fee-for-service general dentistry practice in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, led by Dr. Joel and Dr. Leigh, who both progressed from associate to partner here and have kept the practice growing and strong.

Compensation & Benefits

• $650 daily guarantee, or 30% of net collections when production exceeds base pay, whichever is higher
• Collections rate regularly above 95%
• $6,000 per year toward healthcare expenses
• $2,000 per year CE reimbursement
• Up to $3,000 per year toward malpractice coverage
• In-office dental benefits

The Opportunity

Join a fee-for-service practice serving patients of all ages in a blended rural area, with a patient population that has outgrown two dentists and clear room to add services.

You’ll be supported in any procedure you’re already comfortable with, and mentored in the ones you want to grow into. If you bring skills in molar endodontics, implants, or pediatric treatment, there is immediate demand; if you’re still building confidence, Dr. Joel and Dr. Leigh are happy to mentor you.

Both partners progressed from associate to partner using an established transition methodology, and they hope to mentor the right associate into partnership as well.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist (or eligible in Pennsylvania) who:

• Is confident in comprehensive general dentistry and eager to expand with mentorship
• Brings, or wants to build, skills in molar endo, implants, or pediatric care
• Values collaboration, mutual respect, and patient-centered care
• Is interested in long-term growth and partnership
• New graduates and experienced dentists welcome
