The Opportunity

Join a fee-for-service practice with more patients than two dentists can care for, serving all ages in a blended rural area with 25 to 50 new patients a month and clear room to add services.

You’ll be supported in any procedure you’re already comfortable with, and mentored in the ones you want to grow into. If you bring skills in molar endodontics, implants, or pediatric treatment, there is immediate demand; if you’re still building confidence, Dr. Joel and Dr. Leigh are happy to mentor you.

The office is fully digital, with CBCT and panoramic imaging, an iTero scanner, digital X-rays, Pearl AI second-opinion software, electric handpieces, computerized anesthesia, and patient-education TVs in every operatory, with space to expand.

Both partners progressed from associate to partner using an established transition methodology, and for the right fit, a buy-in opportunity is possible within 2 to 3 years. Associates not seeking partnership are equally welcome.

The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist (or eligible in Pennsylvania) who:

• Values collaboration, mutual respect, and patient-centered care
