Compensation

Emergency Dental of America operates under a fee-for-service model, offering significant earning potential for motivated providers.

• Annual earning potential: $300,000–$550,000

• Daily rate: $960–$1,440

• Production compensation: 30% of production

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs

• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices

• Perform dental procedures in accordance with accepted standards of care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an excellent patient experience

• Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state and federal regulations

• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school

• Active Arizona dental license

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• DEA registration

Skills & Experience

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Commitment to ethical, patient-first care

• Endodontic experience preferred

• Surgical extraction experience preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
