Zambito Family Dentistry is a well-established, high-technology family practice in Wheeling, West Virginia, caring for patients of all ages since 1982. We are looking for an Associate Dentist, full-time or part-time, to join a practice with strong, steady patient flow and the support to grow into advanced procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000–$300,000 earning potential
• $800 daily guarantee for your first 3 months
• 35% of collections, with the practice covering 65% of lab fees
• Health insurance, 50% of premium covered
• 401(k) with employer match after one year

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time, with flexible start and end times
• Office hours: Monday 8–4, Tuesday and Thursday 1–8, Wednesday 9–5, Friday 8–1, and two Saturday mornings a month (8–12)
• Schedule adjusted for the right candidate

The Opportunity

Step into a busy, established schedule fed by 60 to 80 new patients every month. You’ll begin with comprehensive general dentistry and grow into Invisalign, implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation, in a practice that keeps very few referrals out and has the technology to support it.

With 8 operatories (4 doctor, 4 hygiene), a dedicated hygiene department, and state-of-the-art systems throughout, the infrastructure is in place for you to be productive from day one and expand your skills with mentorship as you go. Partnership is in discussion for the right long-term associate.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist (or eligible in West Virginia) who is:

• Confident in general dentistry and eager to grow into Invisalign, implants, and full-mouth rehab
• Teachable, with strong clinical skills and patient communication
• A team player who values long-term patient relationships
• Some experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Available to start soon
