We are looking for an Associate Dentist, full-time or part-time, to join a practice with strong, steady patient flow and the support to grow into advanced procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000–$300,000 earning potential
• $800 daily guarantee for your first 3 months
• 35% of collections, with the practice covering 65% of lab fees
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $2,000 relocation allowance
• $1,500 annual CE allowance on selected courses

The Opportunity

Step into a busy, established schedule fed by 60 to 80 new patients every month. You’ll practice comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, extractions, and preventive care.

Mentorship from two experienced doctors is built into the role, with daily case collaboration as you expand your clinical skills. For the right associate, implant mentorship is available as you grow.

With 8 operatories (4 doctor, 4 hygiene) and a dedicated hygiene department, the infrastructure is in place for you to be productive from day one. The office is fully digital, with:

• Digital imaging: CBCT and digital X-rays (PA, bitewing, and Nomad)
• Same-day CAD/CAM dentistry: two iTero scanners, CEREC, and a 3D printer
• Laser dentistry: Biolase Waterlase in every doctor operatory and a laser in every hygiene operatory
• Surgical and in-house fabrication: digital implant guides and Drufomat guard fabrication
• Clinical efficiency: KCP air abrasion and AI-assisted clinical notes

Partnership is in discussion for the right long-term associate.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist (or eligible in West Virginia) who is:

• Confident in comprehensive general dentistry
• Teachable, with strong clinical skills and patient communication
• A team player who values long-term patient relationships
• Some experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Available to start soon
