Vadnais Heights Family Dentistry is a well-established, family-oriented private practice in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. For over 35 years, we have served the northern and eastern Twin Cities metro, providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.

Founded by Dr. Lynnette Eliason and Dr. James Andrea, the practice is rooted in a deep commitment to family and community, with a warm, welcoming environment and a collaborative, busy team.

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join a busy, established patient base with the support of hands-on mentorship and a path to partnership.

Compensation & Benefits

• $140 per hour guaranteed on all hours worked, approximately $1,120 per day
• Tiered production compensation, 32% to 40% of production, so your earnings grow as you produce
• $175,000+ earning potential at three days per week, scaling with schedule and production

Schedule

• Three days per week to start, with the option to grow to full-time
• Wednesday afternoon & evenings, Thursday, and Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on other days

The Opportunity

Step into a busy, established schedule in a practice that has served the community for more than three decades. Your scope will include comprehensive general dentistry, including root canals, CEREC same-day crowns, Invisalign, and implants, with direct mentorship from the doctor as you grow into advanced procedures. 

You’ll work with digital charting and X-rays, 3D imaging, CAD/CAM, laser dentistry, and guided implant surgery with i-CAT, in a family-oriented, collaborative environment where you can practice with clinical independence and the support of an experienced team.

For the right long-term associate, there is a clear path to partnership.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed general dentist who:

• Is comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team
• Values patient relationships in a family-oriented setting
• Has an interest in implants, Invisalign, CEREC, and splint therapy; training is provided
• New graduates are welcome
