Virginia Biological Dentistry is a well-established, concierge-style, fee-for-service private practice located in Glen Allen, Virginia, in Richmond’s Short Pump area. We practice minimally invasive, biologically focused dentistry using biocompatible materials and individualized care. Our patients are well-informed, engaged, and appreciative, and many travel long distances to see us. 

We are looking for an experienced Associate restorative dentist to step into an established patient base with a full, productive schedule and grow with the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000–$350,000 first-year earning potential, with significant growth beyond year one
• $100 daily guarantee for your first 90 days

Schedule

• Full-time, 3- or 4-day workweek, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Opportunity

Step Into an Established $1M+ Restorative Schedule, With Significant Room to Grow

Our current associate is relocating, and we are looking for an experienced restorative dentist to step into an established patient base and highly productive schedule, with strong collections from day one.

Our current associate generates approximately $1.05 million in annual collections, working just three clinical days per week in a single treatment column.

There is significant room for further growth, particularly for a dentist with strong treatment planning and patient communication skills. We are open to a three- or four-day workweek for the right candidate.

You’ll practice comprehensive restorative dentistry at a high level, including biomimetic and same-day ceramic restorations, ceramic implants, biological oral surgery, and airway-focused dentistry, in a fully equipped office with 3D CBCT, Primescan / CEREC same-day ceramics, laser dentistry, and 3D printing already in place.

You’ll also receive direct, hands-on mentorship from the practice founder and owner in the biological philosophy, with the chance to expand into airway-focused dentistry or pediatric care if that interests you.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced general dentist who pairs strong clinical skills with humility and an open mind. The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of private practice experience in the United States
• Active Virginia dental license, or eligible to obtain one before starting
• Minimal sedation and nitrous oxide qualifications, or willing to complete Virginia’s requirements
• Strong restorative and treatment planning skills; CEREC / Primescan experience ideal
• Excellent patient communication and treatment presentation
• An open mind toward biological dentistry; prior experience not required
• A positive, team-oriented personality and openness to feedback
