Virginia Biological Dentistry is a well-established, concierge-style, fee-for-service private practice located in Glen Allen, Virginia, in Richmond’s Short Pump area. We practice minimally invasive, biologically focused dentistry using biocompatible materials and individualized care. Our patients are well-informed, engaged, and appreciative, and many travel long distances to see us. 

We are looking for an experienced Associate restorative dentist to step into an established patient base with a full, productive schedule and grow with the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000–$350,000 first-year earning potential, with significant growth beyond year one
• $1,200 daily guarantee for your first 90 days
• Percentage of collections in a fee-for-service practice where collections equal production (details shared with the right candidate)

Schedule

• Full-time, 3- or 4-day workweek, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Three-day weekends every week

The Opportunity

Step into an established patient base with a full, productive schedule and strong existing collections from day one, with significant room to grow.

The practice focuses on comprehensive restorative dentistry, including biomimetic and same-day ceramic restorations, ceramic implants, biological oral surgery, and airway-focused dentistry, supported by 3D CBCT, Primescan / CEREC same-day ceramics, laser dentistry, and 3D printing.

You will receive direct, hands-on mentorship from the practice founder and owner in the biological philosophy. An interest in airway-focused dentistry or treating pediatric patients is a plus.

Our team includes a certified biological dental hygienist, experienced assistants, and dedicated front-office staff. The established restorative schedule currently collects approximately $1.05 million annually on just three clinical days per week, in a single treatment column.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced general dentist who pairs strong clinical skills with humility and an open mind. The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of private practice experience in the United States
• Active Virginia dental license, or eligible to obtain one before starting
• Minimal sedation and nitrous oxide qualifications, or willing to complete Virginia’s requirements
• Strong restorative and treatment planning skills; CEREC / Primescan experience ideal
• Excellent patient communication and treatment presentation
• An open mind toward biological dentistry; prior experience not required
• A positive, team-oriented personality and openness to feedback
