The Opportunity

Our established patient base supports a broad clinical scope, including surgery and endodontics, so a dentist who wants to keep cases in-house will find the volume to do it.

You’ll practice with cutting-edge technology and equipment in progressive facilities, with time built into every appointment to do dentistry the right way. Your day-to-day includes comprehensive diagnosis and treatment, patient education on oral and overall health, building trust that drives case acceptance and retention, and partnering with a team that fosters collaboration.

We’re looking for a dentist with an ownership mentality, someone who leads the team and the patient experience, not just the chair.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed general dentist, or eligible for Missouri licensure
• 2+ years of experience with a broad clinical scope including surgery and endodontics
• Great communicator with an ownership mentality to lead the team and patients
• Passionate about quality patient care and patient education
• Collaborative and team-oriented
