We’re looking for a full-time General Dentist to join an established practice serving patients in the Louisville and Hodgenville, Kentucky areas. With a strong existing patient base and an experienced doctor who enjoys mentoring, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with support along the way.
Schedule: 4 days per week, approximately 9 AM–5 PM
Location: Hodgenville, KY & Louisville, KY
Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 in annual earning potential
Compensation Structure: $100/hour guarantee with a production/collections-based bonus paid every 10 weeks
Mentorship: Learn from an experienced dentist who is happy to provide guidance and support
Established Patient Base: Step into an office with existing patients and strong demand for dental care
Busy Schedule: Hygiene is booked approximately one year out, and restorative dentistry is scheduled about two months out
Insurance: The practice accepts most insurance plans
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation includes a $100/hour guarantee, with additional bonus opportunities based on collections. Bonuses are calculated after applicable costs, including lab bills and employee expenses. The practice covers the cost of the dental assistant and hygienist utilized by the associate.
