Beautiful Smiles Dental Center is an independent, forward-thinking dental practice in Park City, Illinois, committed to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced technology and modern techniques. We serve a diverse patient base of PPO and fee-for-service patients, with no HMOs involved.

We’re looking to fill this position immediately, and we’re seeking a Spanish-speaking dentist who is compassionate, tech-savvy, and eager to start right away.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected earnings: $150,000–$250,000+ annually with no cap on income. Earnings scale with your skill set, since you’ll have complete clinical independence and the ability to perform the full range of procedures.
• Competitive compensation: 30% of adjusted production
• Daily guarantee: $750 a day for the first 6 months

• Continuing education: $1,500 annual allowance for CE courses

Schedule

• Full-time, with the option to start part-time and grow into full-time
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Saturday
• Additional days available as the schedule grows

The Opportunity

Practice freely without corporate constraints, in a fully digital office built around same-day treatment. This is a CEREC practice: you’ll design and mill your own crowns in-house, place implants, and handle surgical cases including wisdom teeth, keeping treatment in the building instead of referring it out.

You’ll perform a wide range of procedures, including:

• Same-day crowns powered by Primescan and Primemill
• Direct and indirect restorations
• Implants
• Surgical extractions, including wisdom teeth
• Invisalign and SureSmile
• Anything else within your training and comfort level

Technology highlights include:

• CBCT imaging for precise diagnostics
• Hard and soft tissue lasers for advanced procedures
• Primescan and Primemill same-day CAD/CAM

Ideal Candidate

A compassionate, tech-savvy dentist who:

• Is a licensed general dentist, or eligible for Illinois licensure
• Speaks Spanish
• Has 1–2 years of experience (preferred); new graduates with strong hands-on skills are welcome
• Embraces learning and applying new dental techniques
• Enjoys building meaningful patient and team relationships
• Treats everyone with kindness, respect, and professionalism
