Grossman & Hippeli Dentistry is a fast-paced, 15-operatory private practice in Kingston, Pennsylvania, where 2 to 3 dentists work side by side and collaborate on cases almost daily. Most of our team has been with us for years, and because our hygiene and assisting instructors at the local professional schools work for us, we hire and train the best clinical talent in the area.

We’re adding an associate to our primary office to grow with us, with the goal of that associate leading a location of their own as a partner.

Compensation & Benefits

• $226,000 guaranteed salary for your first 3 months 
• 35% of collections (less 35% of lab fees)
• First-year associates have historically earned $300,000+
• Full medical benefits for you; family plans available and subsidized

• Paid CE, typically about $2,000 per year

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday with one afternoon off each week
• Rotating Saturdays
• Days and hours negotiable for the right candidate

The Opportunity

Full-scope general dentistry with hands-on mentorship. We keep nearly everything in-house: restorative, crown and bridge, implant placement and restoration, molar endodontics, Invisalign, extractions, and prosthodontics. Only impacted third molars, traditional ortho, and gingival grafting are referred out. We’ll train you on any procedure you want to add.

Mentorship is in our DNA. Dr. Hippeli personally taught our last associate implant placement, molar endo, and Invisalign, with supportive CE and daily case collaboration. New graduates are welcome; what we need is someone willing to dive in and work.

We’re a busy office, and we’re the care coordinators: we take the time to explain treatment to patients ourselves rather than handing them off. With guidance, you’ll build to a full schedule.

Technology includes digital X-rays in every operatory plus portable Nomads, CBCT and panoramic imaging, 5 iTero scanners and a Trios scanner, two implant motors, two endo motors, a soft tissue laser, a digital photography setup, and Dentrix.

• Licensed general dentist, or eligible for Pennsylvania licensure
