Clifton Modern Dentistry is a fully renovated private practice in the Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, opened in January 2026 with all-new equipment and a modern, welcoming environment for patients and providers. Led by Dr. Arsany Gergis, our six-operatory practice serves a diverse patient population on both private insurance and Ohio Medicaid.
We're adding an associate to grow with the practice as we expand into clear aligner therapy and implant placement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected earnings: $200,000–$400,000 annually
- 30% of adjusted production, or an hourly minimum of $90, whichever is higher
- Daily guarantee included

The Opportunity
Step into a brand new, fully digital office with modern technology throughout and Curve Hero practice management, minutes from the University of Cincinnati.
You'll provide comprehensive care to a primarily adult and teen patient base (ages 13 and up), with a scope that includes:
- Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
- Restorative and crown and bridge
- Endodontics
- Extractions and oral surgery
- Prosthodontics
- Emergency care
Confidence in endo, surgical extractions, and emergency patients is encouraged.
An EFDA assists on restorative procedures, so your chair time goes to diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. As the practice adds clear aligners and implant placement, you'll have the chance to expand your clinical services alongside it.
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed general dentist, or eligible for Ohio licensure
- Experienced in restorative dentistry, with endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery proficiency preferred
- Clear communicator who educates patients about their oral health
- Comfortable in a busy clinic with a diverse patient population
- Committed to infection control, documentation, and patient safety
