Hanson Family Dental is a growing private practice in Hanson, Massachusetts, built on five core values: teamwork, outstanding service, integrity, excellence, and compassion.
We've just moved into a brand new office, and we're adding an associate to keep pace with practice growth, with hands-on mentorship from our senior doctors from day one.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected earnings: $200,000–$325,000 annually
• 35% of collections (less 35% of lab, implant, and regenerative costs)
• $600/day guaranteed for your first 4 months
• $2,500 annual CE allowance
• Health insurance, 50% of employee premium covered after 90 days
• 401(k) with 3% safe harbor contribution after 1 year
• Path to partnership

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Mon–Thu, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1:00–2:00 lunch
• Fridays, 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM
• No weekends

The Opportunity

Step into a brand new, fully digital office with 3D imaging, digital X-rays, Dentrix, the Nobel Biocare implant system, Geistlich regenerative products, and high-end materials throughout.

Your clinical scope will include comprehensive exams, restorative, crown and bridge, implant restorations (single units and bridges), and Invisalign. Endodontics is a plus. Hygiene procedures are handled by the hygiene team and would rarely fall to you.

Mentorship comes from senior doctors who want to see you grow, including a surgical prosthodontist on the part-time faculty at Harvard, which makes this an unusually strong environment for a dentist building implant and prosthodontic skills. New graduates are welcome.
