Our dental practice in Oneonta, New York sits inside an integrated network offering primary care and every specialty, with EPIC Wisdom integrated medical-dental records connecting your patients' dental and medical care.

You'll join an established group of general dentists, hygienists, and an oral surgeon, in a role opened by growth and the retirement of a colleague, which means an established patient base and a team that's ready for you.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $174,736–$189,785 annually, plus a performance incentive

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000

Relocation Assistance: $10,000, with a supportive transition bonus and full onboarding program

Loan Repayment: NHSC-approved site, eligible for federal scholarship and loan repayment programs

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, salaried general dentistry role with the stability, benefits, and support of an academic health system, and no production quotas.

You'll practice comprehensive general dentistry for patients of all ages, including behavior management for children and special needs patients, with an oral surgeon in the group and every medical specialty a referral away inside the network. EPIC Wisdom and digital radiography keep your records and your patients' medical history in one place.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A DMD or DDS with New York State licensure, or eligibility; new grads welcome
• Competent across general dentistry, including care for children and special needs patients
