Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of production

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $1,200–$1,500 per day

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role in a growing pediatric practice with the patient flow to keep you busy and the team to keep the day running smoothly.

You'll provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry, including:

• Composite restorations
• Crowns
• Extractions
• Root canals
• Space maintainers

You'll be supported by modern technology, including:

• 3D imaging
• iTero scanner
• Digital X-rays
• Electronic health records
• Advanced sterilization equipment

Peer support and continuing education are part of the culture, and the practice is in active discussion about a path to partnership for a dentist who grows with it.
