Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $53–$65 per hour

Expected Daily Earnings: Approximately $424–$520 per full scheduled day

Expected Annual Earnings: Approximately $83,000–$101,000 annually on the full-time schedule

Guaranteed Hours: Yes

Performance Bonuses: Office production bonus

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with guaranteed hours, an established hygiene schedule, and flexibility in shifts for the right candidate.

Smileform offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a team that prioritizes collaboration and support.

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Tuesday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• No Fridays, with flexibility in shifts
