Potranco Smiles is a busy, high-volume private practice on the west side of San Antonio, Texas, led by Dr. Dhaval Thakkar, DMD. We're adding a dentist to an established, full schedule, with an immediate opening and a path to partnership for the right long-term fit.
Monthly Base Guarantee: $16,000–$19,000 per month, based on experience
Compensation: 27–30% of adjusted production, rising to up to 35% of adjusted production once monthly production thresholds are met
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000–$20,000 for a two-year commitment, based on experience, paid in two installments (on joining and at the one-year anniversary); the first installment can be applied to relocation expenses
